At TSEA, we follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet syllabus, providing structured, high-quality training for every level. Each grade receives two classes per week, allowing students to build strong technique and artistry through consistent practice. In addition, we offer specialised conditioning classes designed to strengthen and prepare our dancers’ bodies for the demands of ballet. These sessions focus on safe alignment, muscle development, and injury prevention—ensuring that when our ballerinas begin pointe training, they do so with confidence, strength, and a deep understanding of their technique.

Join our vibrant ballet community! Our students consistently shine in their Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) exams, with every dancer achieving 70% or higher.
