TSEA DIRECTOR
Danielle Penman
Danielle is a passionate and experienced dance educator with over fifteen years of teaching experience and eight years as the proud owner and director of TSEA. With a strong commitment to safe dance practices, technical excellence, and creative expression, Danielle is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of dancers to reach their full potential.
Her dance journey began at one of the largest studios in the Hills District, where she progressed from student to assistant teacher and eventually to instructor under the mentorship of the studio’s owner. This early experience sparked her passion for teaching and led her to complete a Bachelor of Applied Dance at the Australian College of Physical Education, under renowned industry professionals, including members of DirtyFeet and Sydney Dance Company.
Danielle specialises in Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Floor Work, Stretch & Strength, Technique Training, and Elite-Level Acrobatics, with a particular focus on integrating acrobatic movement into choreography to enhance performance dynamics and storytelling. Her teaching approach emphasises balance, control, and versatility—developing dancers who are not only technically strong but artistically expressive and confident performers.
In addition to directing her studio, Danielle also serves as a Dance Educator and Coach at Hill Adventist College and continuing to progress through her certification from Acrobatic Arts.
Danielle is deeply committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning environment where every dancer can thrive, grow, and discover their love for movement.
